Quarterly Billing Answers a Real Problem

Businesses with uneven revenue, companies in their first year, owners managing a tight operating account: for all of them a smaller recurring charge is easier to absorb than one larger yearly debit, and vendors offering that option are responding to a real preference rather than disguising anything. The Annual Equivalent Is Near $596

Registered agent service is listed at $149, billed every quarter. Four quarters produce roughly $596 a year, and no separate first-year discount turned up in our review.

The difficulty is that price lists in this category are annual by convention. A quarterly $149 dropped into a column of yearly figures looks competitive with services costing a third as much, and the correction is a single multiplication that almost nobody performs while comparing browser tabs. Do it once and Swyft Filings moves from the middle of the Connecticut market to the top of it by a wide margin. Whether the payment schedule is worth roughly $497 a year over our flat rate is a question only you can answer, but it ought at least to be the question being asked.

A Single Debit, Once Every Twelve Months
